Too much to do?

shutterstock_148473797Life Coaching, for whatever reason, is about getting you from where you are to where you would like to be. I will work with you to discover and clarify both, so that you can move from one to the other with complete confidence and focus.

 

A major problem for many people is having too much to do in too little time – or so they think. The problem arises because they become convinced that everything is equally important. However, everything is not equally important and the answer is to prioritise. Imagine all these things that you apparently have to do arranged in a pyramid, with the really important at the top and everything else coming below in order of actual urgency. That is how they should really be considered.

 

Now make a To Do List of the five most important and complete those, with NOTHING coming off the list until it is done as far as you can manage. When it is done take it off and only then replace with the next important item. The secret is NEVER to have more than five things on your list. Try it for a week and see the difference to you stress and frustration levels. It always works!
