Total confidentiality at all times. This is of paramount importance to us and even the fact that you are consulting us will never be divulged in any way without your specific consent. Computerised session notes are maintained for record and professional control purposes, but these are anonymous.

Free initial consultation, at any time to suit you, at a suitable location of your choice, or by email or telephone. We are located in Wheathampstead near St Albans in Hertfordshire and you are welcome at our home based consulting facilities.

This includes a full discussion of the life or careers coaching process and what is required from us both. This will primarily involve open discussion and honesty throughout, with a firm resolve to follow through to wherever this exciting and individual experience takes us.

There is no set timescale. Coaching continues only as long as we both believe that it is beneficial to you. Coaching sessions are arranged at the most appropriate intervals and to suit your schedule whenever possible.

Coaching is not therapy or counselling. We do not need to look into your past - we will accept you unconditionally as you are now and help you to move forward!

We will help you to find the answers yourself, by listening to your story and helping you to focus on the issues whichare most important now.

You will need to explore your core values, and what really matters to you. This is at the heart of coaching and one of our most important commitments to you is to help you rediscover what they are, and who you are!.
